Accessible Trick or Treating

Over 400 000 children in Canada experience barriers that prevent them from trick or treating. By eliminating barriers such as stairs it helps increase access to trick or treating by 90%. The Stockman/Belgrave Dr. neighborhood in Winsloe has a least five homes participating in #TreatAccessibly this Halloween.
