13th Annual Alzheimer's Awareness Conference

This full day conference features an exciting line-up of experts in dementia with impactful education for persons living with dementia, family and friend caregivers, healthcare providers, and the public. We invite you to join us for the 13th Annual Alzheimer's Awareness Conference on Thursday, September 19th, 2024. Registration opens at 8:30AM, presentations beginning at 9:00AM.

This year, we’re excited to introduce concurrent sessions with two streams of presentations - one geared for health care providers and the other specifically designed for family/friend caregivers. The conference will feature expert guest presenters from across healthcare, community supports, researchers, and more! A sneak peek at this year’s topics:
