A 41-year old man is to appear in court in Charlottetown on Thursday, accused of child endangerment. At about 5:15pm on Saturday, Charlottetown Police responded to a call about an assault at a home on Upper Prince Street in Charlottetown, and the caller also reported that a man was seen dangling a child over a third-story balcony. Officers arrived on-scene, and after some investigation, arrested the 41-year old man. Along with Cild endangerment, he’s charged with two counts of assault; two counts of uttering threats; and Disturbing the peace. Two children were apprehended and police say they are safe and being supported through Child and Family Services
