A Charlottetown man facing Child Pornography charges has been re-arrested. On Friday, the RCMP Major Crime Unit arrested the 30-year-old Charlottetown man in Charlottetown for failing to comply with his undertaking, which stemmed from earlier charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Interference. The RCMP says that during the arrest, the man was in contravention of his undertaking and in possession of a weapon. He faces four charges of Breach of an Undertaking, one charge of possession of a prohibited weapon, a collapsible baton.
