Traffic delays expects as work begins Monday on Stratford’s TCH – Jubilee Rd intersection

Delays can be expected as work starts Monday on upgrading the traffic lights and infrastructure at the Jubilee Rd – Trans Canada Highway intersection in Stratford.  The province says crews will be replacing and upgrading the traffic lights and adding a new pedestrian crossing.  The new crossing will be on the Kinlock side of the highway in Stratford.  Work will be done between 9am and 4pm for a period of about 10 days.
