The PEI Energy Corporation is advising that the second vessel containing wind turbine blades for the Eastern Kings Wind Farm Project is now fully offloaded in Georgetown. Beginning Wednesday, wind turbine blades will be transported to Eastern Kings each day after the morning school bus runs are complete, and in the early afternoon. That will take about one week to complete. Disruptions lasting a few minutes can be expected at the Pooles Corner roundabout as loads turn onto Route 4.
