The Liberal Party of PEI has officially opened its campaign to elect the next Leader of the party, with a Leadership Convention scheduled for October 4, 2025. Candidates must declare their intent no later than July 4th.
Tignish-Palmer Road MLA Hal Perry has been serving as interim party leader since April of 2023.
