Prime Minister Mark Carney will have to navigate a delicate balance during his first in-person meeting with U-S President Donald Trump Tuesday morning.
Carney says the meeting will mark the beginning of a larger economic and security agreement between Canada and the United States.

The vice-president at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute says there are signals Trump will treat Carney differently than former prime minister Justin Trudeau.
