Special Weather Statement for PEI with snow expected Thursday night to Friday morning

There is a Special Weather Statement issued for all three counties in PEI as an early-season snowfall is expected later this week.  We could see as much as 10cm late Thursday night until Friday morning.  That precipitation may begin as rain for some areas, but will transition to snow as temperatures drop below the freezing mark Thursday night.
