The dates have been announced for Charlottetown’s lineup of festive events for the holiday season.
The Christmas Tree Lighting is on Friday, November 29th at 6:30pm at the Upper Plaza of the Confederation Centre of the Arts on Grafton Street. It will feature live performances by Dylan Menzie, Inn Echo and Alicia Toner.
The Charlottetown Christmas Parade is on Saturday, November 30th at 5pm. Float applications are being accepted until Wednesday, November 20th.
There’s also the Holiday Home Decorating Contest with registration open until Monday, December 2nd.
And then, finally, Capital New Year on New Year’s Eve at Founders’ Food Hall & Market.
