The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has approved a decrease in gasoline prices, but increases in furnace oil and diesel prices. The price of regular gasoline decreased overnight by 1.5 cents per litre. The price of furnace oil increased by 2.0 cents per litre, while the price of diesel went up by 2.0 cents per litre. Including taxes, pump prices for regular self serve gasoline now range from 173.5 to 174.7 cents per litre. Diesel now costs you between 179.3 and 180.4 cents per litre. The maximum price for furnace oil is 125.0 cents per litre. Propane price adjustments ranged from no change to a decrease of 2.5 cents per litre. Propane prices now range from 79.5 to 83.0 cents per litre.
