Byron Carr Murder Case

The man accused in the 1988 death of Prince Edward Island school teacher Byron Carr won’t be back in court until April 11th. Todd Joseph Gallant’s lawyer says he and his client need more time to review police evidence and decide on next steps. Carr was found strangled in his Charlottetown home. The 56-year-old Gallant is charged with first-degree murder and interfering with human remains.
