The 2023 Canada Games has opened a new Canada Games Volunteer Centre in Summerside inside Credit Union Place. Through the Centre you can learn more about the Games, the volunteer opportunities available, and get help in completing an application to volunteer for the Games. The Centre will be operating Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Over 3,000 people have already applied for the Atlantic Lottery Community Proud Volunteer Program, reaching 60% of the overall goal of recruiting 5,000 volunteers.
