A 30-year old man has been arrested after Summerside police received a report of someone going through a vehicle on North Market St. on Wednesday night.
A suspect was identified and located by police who arrested him on Granville St.
Several items were recovered during the arrest.
The suspect has been released from custody and will be facing theft and trespassing at night charges at a provincial court date that will be held later.
