The province has announced that the new Charlottetown Library Learning Centre will open to the public on July 18th, which is next Monday. It will open in its new location in the Dominion Building on Queen Street in Charlottetown.
The new library will be open from 9:30am to 8:30pm on Mondays through Thursdays; 9:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays; and then 12:30pm to 5:00pm on Sundays.
The new Charlottetown Library Learning Centre includes access to the Public Library Services’ catalog of books and other items, as well as a new maker space, a podcast recording booth, a gaming zone, public computer access, the children’s library, meeting rooms and rental space.
