Sarah MacEachern of Canoe Cove has won gold as a member of Team Canada, after a thrilling 3-2 win for Canada over the U-S in the final of the under-18 women’s world hockey championship in Wisconsin.
Also getting gold is another Islander who is part of the Team Canada staff, Mental Performance Consultant Paula McQuaid of Charlottetown.
