After being temporarily closed since last Wednesday, the Health PEI offices at 16 Garfield Street in Charlottetown re-open to the public again Tuesday. Both floors of the building saw significant damage from flooding last week that originated in a drain from the roof. There is still smoke clean-up and repair work that still remains to be done. Health PEI does recommend that you call before going to the offices to ensure your needs can be met. Calls to Health PEI can still be made to the main reception number at 902-368-6130. Email requests may be sent to healthpei@gov.pe.ca. An update will be provided Tuesday regarding a return-to-work for other employees at the Garfield Street location.
