Charlottetown Police have laid charges in relation to the theft of lobster from the Chip Shack on Wednesday.
Police located and arrested a 41 year old Charlottetown man Thursday morning. He has been charged with Break and Enter and breach of probation and was subsequently released from custody with conditions. He will appear in Provincial Court in June.
