The Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce will honour Ocean 100 / Hot 105.5 General Manager Jennifer Evans with the Volunteer Excellence Award at the upcoming 15th annual President’s Excellence Awards. The Volunteer Excellence Award, sponsored by Maritime Electric, recognizes someone whose time, commitment and contributions to the Chamber have been outstanding. Since the mid-nineties Jennifer has served as a member or Chair for many of the Chamber’s committees and signature events. She was responsible for generating the Chamber logo that is currently used today and creating the Chamber’s Good News Campaign. Jennifer also served as the 113th Chamber President in 2018-2019. The 2021 President’s Excellence Awards, sponsored by Atlantic Lottery, will take place in-person and virtually on Wednesday, March 24th.
