Above normal temperatures have caused a number of areas in Atlantic Canada to become abnormally dry.
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada says a swath of P-E-I is abnormally dry, while a severe drought pocket has emerged in northern New Brunswick.
Meanwhile, a patch of southwestern Labrador is experiencing moderate drought conditions.
