It’s Thursday – meaning it’s Farm crew!
Today I took a drive down east to Springwater Farm where they focus mainly on sheep and square bales of both hay and straw. They also sell their wool & meat products at the Charlottetown farmers market. We got an amazing tour and got to meet all the spring lambs, draft horses cows and so much more! It is a family run farm owned and operated by their family of four; the Matheson family. They are more than happy to talk and educate about everything they do day to day! It was a great visit!
