Arrest warrant issued for Kings County man

The RCMP says an arrest-warrant has been issued for 28-year-old Mitchell Thomas Lannigan of King County.   Lannigan is described as caucasian, with brown hair, brown eyes, medium build; 5-feet-8-Inches tall, and approximately 200 pounds.  RCMP say Lannigan is wanted and facing charges of Assault; Possession of a handgun; Two counts of pointing a firearm; and Use of a firearm in a careless manner.  PEI RCMP are asking anyone with information on the location of Mitchell Lannigan to contact police or Crimestoppers.
