In Major League Baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays beat the San Francisco Giants 6-3; the Yankees beat Atlanta 12-9; and Boston lost 6-nothing to the Cubs.
In Senior Baseball action, the Islanders split their games against Fredericton on Saturday. The Islanders won the first game 2-nothing and Fredericton won the second game 7-3.
