New Perth collision sends one person to hospital

The RCMP says a dump truck and car collided early Wednesday afternoon on Route 3 in New Perth.  The driver of the car was trapped and had to be freed from the vehicle by Montague firefighters.  They were taken to hospital with unknown injuries.   The collision remains under investigation.
