12 new long-term care beds at Tignish Seniors Home nearly filled

The provincial government has approved 12 new long-term care beds at Tignish Seniors Home.  The home has 52 community care beds and after many volunteer hours and generous donations from the community, a new wing has been added that includes the 12 long-term care beds.   Nine of the 12 beds are currently filled at Tignish Seniors Home with 3 waiting on acceptance.
