RCMP increasing patrols in New Annan area after series of fires

The RCMP is asking residents in the New Annan area to be extra alert and report any unusual activity as the area has been hit by a series of fires in recent weeks.  Since June 24th there have been six fires in abandoned homes and structures in the New Annan area.  The Mounties say they will be increasing patrols in the area, and the investigation by Police and Fire officials into the fires is continuing.
