Ontario couple walking around PEI coastline to raise funds for food banks

A couple from Aurora, Ontario is here on PEI, leading a very special fundraising initiative.  The Biondics, 73-year old George and 85-year old Erlinda, an ultra-running couple, are in the midst of their biggest challenge yet – a 700-kilometre endurance walk around the entire coastline of PEI to raise funds and awareness for food banks.  Through July 23rd, they will walk around PEI to support both their hometown Aurora Food Pantry and food banks across PEI, shining a spotlight on the growing issue of food insecurity in Canada.  To support their journey or donate to the cause, you can visit www.urhm.org
