The City of Charlottetown will fully re-open Victoria Row for the summer today, as redevelopment work for Confederation Centre of the Arts is paused for that section of Richmond Street.
Officials say that construction for the Centre’s redevelopment project has been progressing as planned and will continue in other areas while specific work adjacent to Victoria Row is paused until the fall. Safety fencing along Victoria Row will be moved so the full width of the street can be used, including the stage for live music.
