The final stages of construction, including paving and landscaping, are underway for the new Cains Bridge in Bloomfield.
The replacement of the Cains Bridge on Route 2 began in late 2024, and now the work is expected to be completed early this month.
The new bridge is open to vehicle traffic, but some traffic delays can be expected.
Road construction work in Three Rivers is beginning today on Route 4, just south of Whim Rd. Crews will be working on asphalt removal and paving. Delays can be expected with single-lane alternating traffic.
