PEI RCMP arrested three drivers this past weekend – two for impaired and one for Flight from Police.
Last Friday afternoon in Stratford, a vehicle stop for expired registration resulted in a 24-year-old Kings County man providing breath samples that showed him to be over three times the legal limit.
Then, a traffic stop early Saturday night in New Perth led to the arrest of a 27-year-old Kings County man for impaired driving by cannabis.
Shortly before 1:00am on Sunday, a Prince District RCMP officer attempted to conduct a vehicle stop in Duvar, but the driver took off. Police later located and arrested a 26-year-old West Prince man for Flight from Police.
