On Wednesday from 6am to 6pm, Ocean 100 and Hot 105.5 will be broadcasting live from the lobby of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation’s annual Big Day of Giving. The 24-hour event raises funds that go towards the purchase of urgently needed medical equipment at the QEH.
This year, the Big Day of Giving aims to raise over $500,000 for urgent equipment needs, including support for M-R-I technology upgrades.
All day Wednesday, we’ll let you know about those equipment needs and speak with patients, staff and donors.
