Route 1 temporary closure Tuesday in Mount Mellick due to collision

Route 1 in Mount Mellick was closed for a couple hours Tuesday afternoon between Waterside Road and Route 26 due to a two vehicle collision.  The RCMP announced the closure at about 3:00pm, and the section of the highways was reopened shortly after 5:00pm.  There are no further details from Police regarding the collision.
