The City of Summerside has announced a new operator for the restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities at the Summerside Curling Club and Marina, formerly known as the Silver Fox Entertainment Complex. Pathfinder Foods, in partnership with Bogside Brewing, has been awarded the operating lease after a competitive Request for Proposal process. They will transform the facility into one featuring Crafters Smokehouse, Famous Peppers Pizzeria, and Bogside Brewing under one roof. Construction, fit-up, and transition work are expected to begin shortly, with the new venue aiming for a phased opening later this year.
