Respiratory illness outbreak declared on Horizon Household at Summerset manor

Summerset Manor in Summerside has declared an outbreak of an undetermined respiratory illness on its Horizon household.
Residents of Horizon household will be limited to one visitor at a time. All visitors will be asked to follow the current infection control measures including wearing a mask.
