74 year old Stanley Bridge man charged in connection to fatal New Years Day crash

A 74-year old Stanley Bridge man has been charged by Prince District RCMP in connection with a fatal crash on New Year’s Day.  An SUV travelling on Route 6 in Clinton went off the road and into a ditch, claiming the life of a 70-year-old woman.  The driver was arrested for impaired driving and hospitalized for his injuries.  The man has been charged with impaired driving causing death, and is facing a date in court on June 23rd.
