Portion of Richmond Street closed for renovations in Confederation Centre building

As of Tuesday, a portion of Richmond Street in Charlottetown is closed to traffic for the next several months.  Richmond Street is closed from Queen Street to Great George Street due to renovations of the former library and adjacent area of the Confederation Centre of the Arts.  Businesses on Victoria Row will remain open with normal pedestrian access from the street.
