City of Summerside advises of road closures with Friday’s parade

The City of Summerside has issued a traffic advisory regarding temporary road closures to accommodate the Santa Claus Parade on Friday.  Between 6:00pm and 7:15pm, road closures will be in place as the Parade starts at Credit Union Place parking lot and follows a route to Rufus Street, along Rufus Street to Water Street, Water Street to Granville Street, then along Granville to Notre Dame Street and ending at Spring Street. Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow for extra travel time during that time period.
