The Provincial Transportation Department says upgrades to the Hillsborough Bridge and Riverside Drive intersection in Charlottetown are nearing the final stages. Paving is expected to finish within the next three days.
Officials say all lanes on the bridge will remain open travelling from Stratford to Charlottetown between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., and from Charlottetown to Stratford between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. You can expect additional delays outside of those hours.
Drivers are reminded to obey flaggers’ directions, and the temporary speed limit of 50 km per hour on the bridge.
Final landscaping will be completed next week, wrapping up the project.
