The 34th Annual Stratford & Area Food Drive is being held today (Saturday) from 9am to 2pm.
The Food Drive is in support of The Upper Room Hospitality Ministry, and there are five drive-thru locations with volunteers at each location to accept non-perishable items or monetary donations. Those drive-thru locations include Our Lady of the Assumption Church; Stratford Town Hall; Mike & Andrea’s NoFrills; Sobeys Stratford; and Pownal Sports Centre.
Food collection boxes are also set up in the entryways of 65 apartment/condo buildings in the Town and will be picked up today for delivery to The Upper Room Food Bank.
