There was a two vehicle collision at about 3:30pm Friday afternoon on Route 1 Trans Canada Highway in the Borden-Carleton area near Bradford Rd. The collision involved a transport truck and pickup truck, and sent two people to hospital with non life threatening injuries. The highway did have to be closed to both directions for a period of time as crews cleared the road. It was reopened at about 5:30pm.
