PEI’s minimum wage increased to $16 on Tuesday

An increase in PEI’s minimum wage took effect Tuesday.  October 1st brought the increase that sees it rise from $15.40 to $16 per hour.  The Employment Standards Board reviews minimum wage annually and provides its recommendation to government.
