Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown has declared an outbreak of COVID-19 on its Unit 3, which cares for non-surgical patients.At the same time, the hospital is declaring a recent outbreak over within its stroke unit.Patients of Unit 3 will be limited to one visitor at a time. Visitor restrictions will remain in place until the outbreak is declared over.All visitors will be asked to follow the current infection control measures
