Another adjournment in the Byron Carr murder case

The case against a man accused in the 1988 killing of Byron Carr in Charlottetown has been adjourned for a fifth time.  Todd Joseph Gallant has been charged with first-degree murder and interfering with human remains — and he has yet to enter a plea. The lawyer for the 56-year-old Gallant told the court there is “a lot to manage” in terms of the evidence collected by police.
