Gasoline prices decrease in PEI

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has approved a decrease of 2.0 cents per litre in the price of regular gasoline.  The price of furnace oil increased by 1.0 cent per litre and the price of diesel went up overnight by 2.0 cents per litre.  Including taxes, pump prices for regular self-serve gasoline now range from 153.4 to 154.6 cents per litre and prices for diesel range from 196.0 to 197.1 cents per litre.  The maximum price for furnace oil is 143.9 cents per litre.  Propane price adjustments ranged from increases of 0.1 to 0.5 cents per litre.   Propane prices now range from 82.8 to 83.5 cents per litre.
