Charlottetown Police Services are seeking public assistance in identifying the suspects involved in the robbery that was reported earlier in the week. At about 1:45 am on Tuesday, two people, a male and female, were walking eastbound on the south side of Grafton Street near Pownal Street when they were approached from behind by 3 men. One grabbed the male victim from behind and in the altercation that developed, the victim suffered a minor cut to a finger from a knife that the suspect was holding. The victim dropped his phone during the incident and it was stolen by one of the three suspects. The altercation was short, and the 3 suspects walked away heading south on Pownal Street. Charlottetown Police have released pictures as part of their investigation and we have posted them with this story.
