The Eagles Glenn of Cavendish golf course has been purchased by Don McDougall who played a major role in bringing the Blue Jays baseball team to Toronto in 1976. He also owns and operates the Mill River Resort and golf course.
Terms of the sale have not been released.
Eagles Glenn was opened in 2002 by the late Roger Birt and investors. Eleanor Birt, on behalf of the Birt family, says they are very pleased Don McDougall and his group have taken over the successful golf course. No major changes are being planned.
