Charlottetown Santa Claus Parade Goes Ahead Despite the Weather

The Charlottetown Christmas Parade went ahead Saturday night despite strong winds and rain most the day. The wind diminished by parade time at 5.00.  The annual parade welcomes in the Christmas season and of course starred Santa Claus.
