Dr. Herb Dickieson is seeking the nomination to represent the Island New Democrats in District 25 O’Leary-Inverness in the next provincial election.
Following a 30 year career as a rural general practice physician, Dr. Dickieson says he is directing his attention to win back a seat in the provincial Legislature. He served a term as an MLA for the same district from 1996 to 2000.
A nomination meeting will be held at the Ellerslie Legion on November 18th.
