You can now access the PEI Vax Pass QR code proof of vaccination record to prepare for the full implementation of the PEI Vax Pass Program at the end of this month.
The PEI Vax Pass features a unique QR code with the individual’s COVID-19 record of vaccination. This enhanced vaccine record is similar to ones used in other provinces and meets the national proof of vaccination standard required for international travel. Both the digital and paper copy of the PEI Vax Pass with QR code will be accepted.
You can download and print the QR code version of your proof of vaccination record through an online portal. The existing proof of vaccination record will continue to be accepted by businesses, organizations and event organizers where proof of vaccination is required.
If you need help to access or print your vaccine record, you can visit Access PEI, PEI public libraries or the PEI Visitor Centres in Borden-Carleton, Charlottetown and Wood Islands.
