The PEI Writers’ Guild says submissions are now open for the 34th annual Island Literary Awards, and one of the new categories added this year is the Scott Parsons Literary Award.
It was created by the PEI Writers’ Guild along with the Black Cultural Society of PEI.
The Scott Parsons Literary Award, named after the co-founder and first President of the Black Cultural Society of PEI, recognizes and celebrates the outstanding literary work of a Black, Island writer.
The deadline for all submissions is Friday, February 26, 2021, at 9:00pm.
